All you need to do is enter your email address associated with your LuminEssence account below, and then click on the "Request Password" button. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Make sure you can receive email from us at
If you don't get your email within a couple of minutes:
- Refresh your email software to make sure that you have received the latest messages.
- Check your spam folder. To guarantee our emails are delivered into your inbox (not bulk, junk, or spam folders), please add to your address book.
- Re-submit your password request, in case you typed in a wrong letter or number.
- You can call our office during business hours and we can reset it for you.
- If you are using an email address that is no longer active or can no longer receive emails, you will not be able to receive an email from us helping you reset your password. You will need to call us directly and have us reset it for you.
